Frozen per launch
create_launch copies the trade fee, the split, the launch fee and every agent limit into the launch account’s terms. update_platform only changes defaults for launches created afterwards. Platform fees are swept by the permissionless sweep_platform_fees, which can only pay the configured recipient.
